"basically brand new "
Hilton Warsaw Hotel & Convention Centre service was oustanding and when the water was shut off because of nearby construction (very unpleasant) they compensated us very generously. The Hotel is basically brand new so everything was well, new. The breakfast is the standard Hitlon breakfast with a ton of food and the other food in the bar area was good as well.
The only negative about this hotel is that it's on a strange block with a lot of construction nearby and not any shops, etc. You'll need a taxi to get basically anywhere, except if you want to go for a long walk. One attraction that is very close to the hotel is the Museum of the Warsaw Uprising which is definitely worth visiting.

"Modern and a very elegant "
Hilton Warsaw Hotel & Convention Centre has lovely rooms. Modern and a very elegant touch. Marble bathrooms with a tub and a shower.
The staff was nice to chat with. Interested to tell us about their city and quick to let us know of the development going on in the area.
Hotel workers were cheerful and kind. Many spoke English. As Hilton Honors members, I didn't find the above and beyond attitude that we sometimes encounter.
The views out the window were outstanding (at least in the distance (right next to the hotel is currently a big dig - most directions). For now, (till more sky scrapers go up next to it) the skyline is outstanding. You can also see the renouned Palace of Culture and Science.

"Couldn´t be better!"
We stayed for three nights during Eastern. The hotel is i bit off downtown, but connections to city center are good. A 15 mins walk get you to other major hotels in Warsaw and shopping facilities. We didn´t pay much attention to the distance at all, instead we enjoyed a great welcome and a service that is top of the line.
Rooms are big quiet and clean. If you have the possibility, book a room on the upper floors which includes entrance to the Executive floor with a wide assortment of drinks, imported liqours (best quality of course...), breakfast and snacks. Staff here is also very friendly and seviceminded. In addition you have a great city view from the 26th floor!
Travelling with children is never a problem at Hilton. This hotel really made strong efforts to meet our needs and wishes with our two year old son! They arranged dipers on a Sunday, made porridge (free of charge) and served what ever asked for in the restaurant in smaller portions to very reasonable prices.
Will definitely reccomend this hotel and look forward to get back either in business or pleasure!

"Great new hotel - loved it!"
I stayed at the brand new Hilton Warsaw 20 - 23 April 2007 - and the hotel was only open for about a month at that time. And EVERYTHING worked perfectly!
Staff was really nice, all pretty young and very friendly - very welcoming and just thrilled to be having you as their guest, haven't felt this welcome in a hotel in a long time.
The hotel is about 20 minutes walking from the Presidential Palace/Historical Centre, a nice and un-complicated walk, even as a single female never had a problem with it, or alternatively just a 3 minute hop by taxi - which costs only around 3,00 Euro for the ride - taxis are incredibly cheap! (Same system as in other Central European cities - you need to call them, so get your restaurant in town to call you one when you want to leave, easy and safe)
And bring your workout/swim gear, the hotel has a fantastic spa&club - a huge "Holmes Place", amazing!
