"A 'sweet' surprise in our 'suite'"
This was our 2nd stay @ this fabulous property where I celebrated my birthday last year. Both property and staff are fabulous (especially Adam and Marcin) who made sure a 'sweet surprise' was awaiting in our suite on my birthday! The breakfast 'buffet' is to be photographed. Few places put spreads on like this! All in all, a truly gracious staff where you can see how they enjoy what they do! Look forward to celebrating another birthday this year @ this magnificent palace. My husband is Polish so we take annual treks to visit his family but no excuses needed here....we plan on returning....and returning....and returning....

"Wish we could have stayed longer"
If this hotel is rated #3 in Warsaw I simply cannot imagine how good #1 and #2 must be. This hotel is awesome. Great service, great rooms, great food, and given we booked on-line a good deal as well. Inner courtyard rooms are so quiet that calling them silent would not be unfair.
We stayed here at the end of our vacation and knowing about this place now, might have changed the itinerary to be here longer.

"Romantic"
Lovely and deeply loveable hotel. The reviewer who called it 'Shabby chic' hit the nail on the head. If you like lots of character in a hotel then you'll fall in love. Where else can you get woken up by the guardsmen at the presidential palace next door playing the national anthem?
